Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.


Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times


We offer the following shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days.

3. Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery if ordered before 10PM CT, or 8PM PST.


Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping carrier delays.


Shipping Rates Without Sales Active

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping method selected and the destination.

• Orders over, $30 qualify for free standard shipping.


International Shipping

• We currently ship worldwide.

• Delivery times for international shipping vary by destination and typically take [10–15 business days].

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.


Tracking Your Order


Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.


Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at CustomerService@luxshop.company within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

• For damaged items, please email us photos of the damaged goods along with your order details.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

• Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur a reshipment fee. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
